staying at this lovely b&b was such a surprise after my last trip to hastings. olivia and michael exceeded my expectations on this romantic weekend with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. the homemade breakfast was a standout, especially the garden-fresh tomatoes and delightful treats each afternoon.

The garden was also a lovely spot to relax with afternoon tea.

anne's house bed & breakfast is an absolute gem. the beautiful house is filled with stunning art. the room was cozy with an exceptionally comfortable bed. i loved the amazing breakfast that catered to my gluten-free needs, especially the roasted cherry tomatoes from michael's garden. olivia and michael are such delightful hosts, making me feel at home. the location is perfect for exploring nearby charming towns!

The decor was stunning with beautiful art everywhere, and I was particularly impressed by the homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, they were divine! The large, clean bathroom had a luxurious bathtub and a refreshing rain shower, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The hilly terrain around the property can be a challenge for walking, especially after dark!!! Limited parking availability may leave some guests struggling to find a spot nearby!!!

We had an amazing stay! The fluffy scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were memorable, and the comfy room with a luxurious bath was a real highlight. I can't wait to visit again!
